DELIVERY POLICY

How much does delivery cost?

All orders over £100 –  £5.95 by Royal Mail/Courier

All orders under £100 – £3.95 and will be sent using Royal Mail/Courier

How will my order be delivered?

We use DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail to ensure the quickest and safest way of delivering your goods.

We will send all items using a tracked service, where appropriate. Details of any tracking will be email to you.

All orders must to be signed for by someone over the age of 18, please ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery of your goods.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver products within 5 working days after the acceptance of your order.

All items will be delivered between Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

All orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday (except in the case of a Bank Holiday, in which case we will process the order on the following Tuesday).

In the unexpected circumstances there is a delay to your order, we will contact you immediately by phone and email.
